was established in 1947 as a basement manufacturer of cotton textile products. As evident in our founder's statement, CSD's founding principle was to consistently provide quality products and services at competitive pricing. From its humble beginnings in Changhua, Taiwan CSD expanded its scope of products and services to become a major force in the manufacture and global distribution of not only cotton textile products but also synthetic non-woven products. Recognizing the need to accommodate the increasingly competitive international market environment, CSD constructed its second plant in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, P.R.C. and commenced production in 1993.Consistent with its philosophy of quality assurance, CSD has registered its Taiwan facility with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In 1995, the Taiwan plant achieved ISO 9001 and EN 46001 certification. In 1998, it was awarded CE marking certification, and finally, in 1999, it received Taiwan's Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification. Completed up grade ISO 13485:2003 and CE 93/42/EEC by May 2004.
CSD's success can be attributed to the high caliber of its employees. The result of this combination is CSD's high quality products, customer oriented services, and efficient methods of production.
